Today you get day 5 of the: “Create Your Best Case Scenarios” serie!
The purpose of this series is to help direct your focus in a more positive and empowering direction.
It is said that we are 5 times more likely to reach our goals, when we get the support that we need, and obviously there’s a lot to be said about the many various ways that we can choose to feel supported.
Today I’ll share my owen 3 favorite, non-negotiable ways:
1. Vision-keepers – no fixing, or analyzing, just be witnessed and acknowledged.
2. Rolemodels/mentors – keep me inspired and helps me see my own blind spots.
3. Daily practices – helps me rewire my brain and reinforce a strong mindset.
Each of these none-negotiable ways are a whole subject on its own for another day, but today I simply want to point to the emotional benefits of getting the support that you need.
